The award recognizes Morton for "substantive intellectual rigor and creative insight" that has transformed the practice of human resource outsourcing.
Morton is a 30-year veteran of the human capital and workforce management profession. He is recognized for client-driven innovations that include:

The HROA made its awards selection this year around the theme: "Be Transformed: Recognizing Marked Achievements in the Advancement of HRO."
